This website is operated by WarmCo Limited.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WarmCo Limited.
By visiting our website or purchasing from WarmCo, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.
Products
We make every effort to describe and display WarmCo products accurately.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Product availability is subject to stock on hand, and we may limit or cancel quantities where reasonably necessary.
All prices displayed on the WarmCo website are in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.
Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be processed
- Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the amount paid will be refunded.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping
WarmCo currently ships within New Zealand.
Orders are normally dispatched the next business day, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Free tracked New Zealand delivery is included with WarmCo orders unless otherwise clearly stated.
Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier network and destination.

Returns & Exchanges
Change-of-mind returns and size exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Nothing in our Returns & Exchanges Policy affects your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet the guarantees required by New Zealand consumer law.
WarmCo Warranty
WarmCo provides additional warranty cover against manufacturing defects.
Heated Hoodie Warranty
The WarmCo Premium Heated Hoodie is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
This includes manufacturing faults relating to:
- Heating elements
- Internal wiring or connectors
- Power button or controls
- Materials
- Stitching or structural construction
Power Bank Warranty
The power bank supplied with the WarmCo Premium Heated Hoodie is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
This includes manufacturing faults relating to charging, power output or the internal battery.
What the WarmCo Warranty Does Not Cover
Our additional warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Incorrect washing or drying
- Tumble drying
- Failure to follow the supplied care or use instructions
- Use of an unsuitable or incompatible power source
- Damage caused by alteration or modification
- Normal wear and tear
These exclusions apply to the additional WarmCo warranty only.
They do not remove any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Faulty Products and Consumer Guarantees
Products sold by WarmCo must meet the guarantees required under New Zealand law, including being of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and matching their description.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video where helpful
We may need to inspect or investigate the product before determining the appropriate remedy.
Where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act, remedies may include repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and seriousness of the failure.
Product Use and Care
WarmCo products should be used in accordance with the instructions and care information supplied with the product.
For the WarmCo Premium Heated Hoodie:
- Remove the power bank before washing
- Follow the garment care instructions
- Air dry only
- Do not tumble dry
- Use a suitable 5V USB power source
Misuse or failure to follow care instructions may damage the product and may affect coverage under the additional WarmCo warranty.
Website Information
We aim to keep information on our website accurate and up to date.
However, occasional errors may occur in product descriptions, prices, availability or other information.
If we discover an error affecting an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Nothing in these terms allows WarmCo to make misleading or deceptive representations about its products or services. The Fair Trading Act applies to representations made by businesses, including online.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on the WarmCo website — including the WarmCo name, logo, product photography, written content, graphics and other material — belongs to WarmCo Limited or is used with permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use this content without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services including payment providers, couriers and ecommerce technology providers.
Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
WarmCo is not responsible for third-party websites that are outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, WarmCo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Privacy
Personal information collected through the WarmCo website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version published on the WarmCo website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction, except where New Zealand law provides otherwise.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
