How does the WarmCo Heated Hoodie work?

The WarmCo Heated Hoodie has five built-in carbon fibre heating zones powered by the included 5V USB power bank.

Simply connect the power bank, press and hold the power button, then choose from three heat settings.

Where does the hoodie heat?

There are five heating zones in total:

• 2 at the front around the pocket area
• 1 across the upper back
• 2 through the mid-back

This gives you targeted warmth across the areas where you’re most likely to feel the cold.

How many heat settings are there?

There are three adjustable heat settings:

• Low
• Medium
• High

You can change the setting at any time, so you can turn the warmth up, down or off as the temperature changes throughout the day.

How long does the battery last?

Battery life depends on the heat setting and conditions.

As a guide:

• Up to approximately 8 hours on Low
• Around 2.5 hours on High

Does the hoodie still work as a normal hoodie when the heating is off?

Yes.

WarmCo was designed to feel like a premium everyday hoodie first. You can wear it comfortably with the heating switched off whenever you don’t need the extra warmth.

Is the power bank included?

Yes.

Every WarmCo Heated Hoodie comes with a certified 5V USB power bank and charging cable, so it’s ready to use straight out of the box.

Sizing & Fit

What sizes are available?

WarmCo is available in:

S, M, L, XL and 2XL.

How does the sizing run?

We recommend sizing up one size for the best fit.

For the most accurate fit, lay your favourite hoodie flat and compare its measurements with our size chart.

Washing & Care

Is the WarmCo Heated Hoodie machine washable?

Yes.

Remove the power bank before washing and follow the care instructions provided with your hoodie.

Can I tumble dry it?

No.

WarmCo hoodies should be air dried only.

Do not tumble dry.

Do I need to remove the heating elements before washing?

No.

The heating elements are built into the hoodie. Only the power bank needs to be removed before washing.

Safety

Is the heated hoodie safe to wear?

WarmCo uses low-voltage 5V power and carbon fibre heating technology designed for everyday use.

The hoodie also includes overheat protection for added peace of mind.

Does it get too hot?

The hoodie has three heat settings so you can choose the level that feels most comfortable for you.

If you feel too warm, simply reduce the heat setting or switch the heating off.

Is WarmCo currently in stock?

Yes.

WarmCo hoodies are in stock in Auckland and ready to ship.

When will my order be sent?

Orders are dispatched the next business day, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free throughout New Zealand.

All orders are sent with tracked delivery.

Do you ship to rural addresses?

Yes.

Free NZ shipping includes rural delivery.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

At this stage, WarmCo ships within New Zealand only.

Returns & Warranty

What warranty does the hoodie come with?

WarmCo hoodies are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This includes faults with heating elements, wiring, switches, materials and stitching.

Is the power bank covered by warranty?

Yes.

The included power bank is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What isn’t covered?

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing or use of unsuitable power sources may not be covered.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act still apply.

What if I order the wrong size?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

Items must be unworn and in original condition for any size exchange, subject to our returns policy.

We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering.
